No Refund Policy
All payments made towards the Training Program are non-refundable under any circumstances. By enrolling in this program, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Admission Amount Non-Refundable
If a participant takes admission but, for any reason, decides not to continue with the training, the admission amount will not be refunded.
This is applicable regardless of the reason for non-continuation after enrollment.
Copyright and Content Usage Policy
Participants are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or leaking any videos, materials, or other copyrighted content provided during the program.
Any breach of this policy will result in immediate termination from the program without refund, and legal action may be taken under applicable copyright laws.
LMS and Class Link Sharing Policy
Sharing of class links, usernames, or passwords for the Learning Management System (LMS) with others or in any group is strictly prohibited.
If such activity is detected, access to the program will be permanently blocked without refund.
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and use the provided credentials solely for their personal use during the program.
LMS Access Policy
Access to the Learning Management System (LMS) will be granted only after the full payment for the program is received.
Participants are responsible for completing their payment to ensure uninterrupted access to the program resources.
Responsibility for Legal Activities
Cybersecurity Training Program is intended for educational purposes only.
The training focuses on offensive and defensive techniques, teaching how hackers exploit vulnerabilities and how to secure systems against such attacks.
Participants are strictly prohibited from using the knowledge gained in this program for illegal activities. Any such use is solely the responsibility of the individual and is at their own risk. The company will not be held accountable for any illegal activities performed by participants.
Attendance Requirement
Participants are required to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance throughout the course.
Failure to meet this attendance requirement may result in termination from the program without refund.
It is the participant’s responsibility to track and ensure they meet the attendance criteria.
Certification Requirement
Participants must score a minimum of 75% in the final exam to be eligible for certification.
Only those who meet this requirement will be awarded the program certificate.
Participants failing to meet the minimum score will not receive the certificate.
Re-examination Policy
In case a participant fails the exam or is absent during the exam, they may apply for a re-examination by paying a token amount as a re-examination fee.
The token amount will be specified by the program administrators, and re-examination will only be allowed once.
Feedback Video Requirement
After completing the Cybersecurity Training Program, participants must submit a feedback video.
Providing this feedback video is mandatory for generating and receiving the program certificate.
The video should include a brief overview of the participant’s experience, learnings, and how they intend to apply the knowledge gained from the training.
EMI Payment Policy
If a participant opts for EMI payment for the course, they will not be eligible for any discounts or offers.
No discount or offer will be provided to participants who choose to pay via EMI.
If the participant opts to pay the full course fee in one-time payment, they will be eligible for any discounts or special offers available at the time of enrollment.
If the participant does not complete the full EMI payment, the remaining paid amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The participant will lose access to the program if the EMI payments are not completed.
Failure to Pay EMI Policy
If a participant opts for EMI payment and fails to make the EMI payment on time, the team will provide a grace period for the payment.
If the participant does not clear the payment after the grace period, the team will issue a warning and provide the participant one last chance to make the payment.
If the payment is not made after the last chance, the participant will be removed from the batch and will lose access to course materials. They will not be eligible for certification, and no further payments will be accepted to continue in the program.
Group Creation Policy
During the course of training, participants are not permitted to create any other groups or forums for discussion or sharing training content.
Creating unauthorized groups related to the training program is strictly prohibited. Violators will face consequences, including termination from the program without refund.
All communication and discussions related to the program should be conducted via the official channels provided by the program administrators.
Batch or Faculty Change Policy
If a participant faces difficulties in understanding the training content, they are allowed to change the batch or faculty for the course.
This option is available within the first 3 months of the training program. After this period, any batch or faculty change will be chargeable and will incur a renewal charge.
The renewal charge details will be communicated by the program administrators.
It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the program team promptly if they wish to make such changes.
